I'm a bit late with this, however, before this long work day starts and the week is over, I wanted to take some time to say that it was awesome to see you finish an incredible journey!!!!! All the way from Seattle we were on line and you looked very strong considering you were kick'n serious butt for 10hrs 21min. and 58 sec. on a seriously hot Arizona Ironman day!!! You are an amazing athlete Theo, especially considering the very, very light run training you did due to a long term chronic leg issue that finally resolved itself. With your vast amount of experience, you trained for the run, the marathon in an Ironman, with perfect precision!!! Strong work!! Hey, also looking forward to seeing you and the kids in a couple weeks for Anna's First Communion, very cool!! Love you Bro!!
